Your personal proposal

The journeys on this site are suggested itineraries, shaped around your dates, party and preferences. Hotels, room categories, transport, experiences and admissions depend on availability. Your written proposal specifies the arrangements and complete price being offered.

Inclusions and payment

Your proposal identifies the booking party, the services included, any exclusions, the payment schedule and the applicable terms. Flights, insurance and personal purchases are outside the core collection unless expressly included in your proposal. An inquiry does not make a reservation or take payment.

Changes and cancellation

Payment, change and cancellation conditions can vary by hotel, experience, date and itinerary. These are provided before you confirm. Review them alongside any travel insurance you choose, including cover for cancellation or disruption.

Private experiences

Private guiding or transport does not necessarily mean exclusive access to a venue. Your proposal distinguishes private, hosted and shared experiences, and identifies any specifically agreed exclusive arrangements.

Travel preferences and practical needs

Tell us early about mobility needs, room preferences, children’s ages, dietary requirements and the pace you enjoy. We check the suitability and practical arrangements with the relevant providers before confirmation. Sensitive personal information should be shared only through an agreed appropriate channel.

Weather and seasonal activities

Outdoor activities, agricultural experiences and events are subject to conditions, operating schedules and confirmed tickets. Your proposal sets out the planned arrangements and any relevant alternatives. Destination photos are illustrative of the region.
